Returns & Refunds

Our return policy is  21 days from the date delivery. If more than 21 days have elapsed we are unable to process a refund or exchange. There are exceptions to this on a case by case basis. This policy does not apply to our Remotes.

Our Remotes are backed by a 7 day satisfaction window. If you're not satisfied you can return it. If you manage to destroy or irreparably damage your remote we may offer a discount on a new one if the non functional one is returned to us for examination to help improve durability.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused or nearly flawless. It must also be in or with the original packaging. You are responsible for the shipping cost and packaging. We reserve a 3 day inspection period and up to 5% of the product price as a restocking fee.
